Inclusive Excellence Council Moves Forward:
The DWR Inclusive Excellence Council and Director’s Working Group recently met with consultant SIR to begin the diversity, equity and inclusion strategic plan development process. The consultant is gathering qualitative data from members of the workforce which will be shared with the IEC and used throughout the plan development process.
