The Division is headed by Rob Lewis. We strive to provide consistent deliverable high-quality services by completing a few of the following tasks: processing invoices and travel reimbursements for our staff and many vendors/suppliers to the agency, processing and completing payroll for staff, and recording the revenue we receive through the sale of our license and privileges. In addition, Planning and Finance handles the technology needs for the agency, procures good and services, completes physical inventory, and maintains a listing of all controllable and capital assets. The Division works with our federal partners to secure and administer the many federal grants involved in our efforts including the three large ones most are familiar with in the Pittman Robertson, Dingell Johnson, and Recreational Boating Safety funds. The IT development team assists in managing the applications and databases used throughout the agency. The mailroom processes the bundles all of mail we receive on a daily basis, including the scanning of documents to assist the processing of boating-related transactions. The building and grounds at headquarters are well-kept and maintained by the facilities team while Data Analytics handles customer-related data for long term planning and growth.
