Public Boating Access

The access permit requirement for Department of Wildlife Resources (DWR) owned or managed boat ramps enacted by the 2020 General Assembly (effective January 1, 2021) has been suspended until July 1, 2022. During this time, DWR will work with stakeholders to further determine the best means for the construction and maintenance of these recreational facilities.
