| 2 | medium-sized tomatoes, chopped |

| 1 tablespoon | lemon juice |
| ½ teaspoon | basil leaves |
| 0.125 teaspoon | pepper |
| Dash cayenne pepper |
How to Prepare
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange fish fillets in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Cook green pepper in oil in a saucepan until tender. Add tomatoes, onion, lemon juice, basil, pepper and cayenne pepper. Cook and stir until slightly thickened, 5 to 10 minutes. Spoon over fish and bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
