One Pot Deer Chili Mac ‘N’ Cheese

Another hearty dish that takes our favorite ingredients for a satisfying combination on a cool evening or for a simple comfort dish to have if you want relax around the living room and eat dinner. The macaroni and cheese distinguishes this dish from traditional chili. It’s hard to beat a more fulfilling combination than chili and macaroni and cheese.


1 lb.Deer burger
1 packageMacaroni noodles
1 canKidney beans
1 canWhite beans
1 cupShredded cheddar cheese (depending on how soupy you want it)
1 Red onion, chopped
1 Bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
6 Garlic cloves, chopped
Chili powder
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Red pepper flakes

How to Prepare

    1. Cook burger in large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic powder. Cook until browned.
    2. Lower to heat to med-low and add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, white beans, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
    3. Add all spices.
    4. Add the noodles and cook until noodles are done. Add more chicken broth or noodles as needed until it has the consistency you like (soupy or thick).
    5. Add cheese when noodles are done and mix all ingredients in the pot until well-incorporated. Serve warm.
