Ingredients

| 1.25 cup | mayonnaise or salad dressing | 
| 2 tablespoon | finely chopped sweet pickle | 
| 2 tablespoon | chopped parsley | 
| 1 tablespoon | mustard | 
| 2 teaspoon | minced onion | 
| 2 teaspoon | finely chopped celery | 
| 1 | clove garlic, minced | 
How to Prepare
Remove skin and bones from fish. Flake the fish well. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill at least one hour. Makes approximately 3 1/2 cups spread.
