Smoked Fish Spread


1-½ lb.smoked fish
1.25 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoonfinely chopped sweet pickle
2 tablespoonchopped parsley
1 tablespoonmustard
2 teaspoonminced onion
2 teaspoonfinely chopped celery
1 clove garlic, minced

How to Prepare

Remove skin and bones from fish. Flake the fish well. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill at least one hour. Makes approximately 3 1/2 cups spread.
