Striped Bass Steaks Florentine

2 package(10 ounces each) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
½ teaspooninstant minced onion
½ teaspoonsalt
½ teaspoonnutmeg
4 striped bass steaks (4 ounces each)
1 tablespoonlemon juice
¼ cupbutter

How to Prepare

Place a large size (14 x 20-inch) Oven Cooking Bag in a 2-inch deep roasting pan. Remove excess moisture from spinach. Combine spinach, onion, salt and nutmeg; place in bag, distributing evenly. Ar­range fish steaks on spinach bed. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Close bag with twist tie and make 6, 1/2-inch slits in top of bag. Place in a preheated 350 oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
