Ingredients

| 1 cup | cooked, flaked fish |
| 1 cup | grated, sharp Cheddar cheese |
| ½ cup | margarine or butter |
| 1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1-½ cup | flour |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| ¼ teaspoon | cayenne pepper |
| ¼ teaspoon | paprika |
How to Prepare
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth. Using a tablespoon, form fish mixture into balls and place 4 inches apart on a well-greased cookie sheet. Flatten each ball with the tines of a fork. Bake in a 325 degree oven, 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
