Venison Rotini Soup


1 lb.ground venison
1-½ cupuncooked rotini
1 envelope chili seasoning mix
4 cupwater
1 can (16 ounces) whole tomatoes, broken up
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 package(10 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables
1 tablespooninstant minced onion
1 tablespoonsugar
1 cupdairy sour cream
1 tablespoondried chives

How to Prepare

Brown venison in a Dutch oven, stirring to crumble; drain. Add rotini, seasoning mix, water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, vegetables, onion and sugar. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rotini is tender. Combine sour cream and chives and serve with soup as garnish. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
