| 2 lb. | walleye fillets, cut in serving-size pieces |
| 1 | medium onion, sliced |
| 0.33 cup | butter or margarine |
| 1-½ cup | sour cream |
| 1 teaspoon | dried basil |
How to Prepare
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine salt, pepper, and paprika. Add fish pieces and shake to coat.In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender; remove and set aside. Add fish to the skillet and cook over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove fish to a serving plate and keep warm. Add sour cream, basil, and onion to the skillet and heat through (do not boil).Serve sauce over fish
