Event: Deer Hunting Skills

This is a hands-on class that will demonstrate large game butchering and processing, deer skinning, and packaging for transport. This class will not cover field dressing of the game. Participants are encouraged to bring a cooler for transporting venison to take home and to bring a lunch.
