Event: Introductory Muzzleloader Hunting Workshop

This is a complete muzzleloader course with class discussion, live muzzleloader lessons on selection of different types of guns, cleaning, and storage. A live fire opportunity at the Freedom Outdoors Range is included.

If you have equipment, please bring it to class UNLOADED AND CASED.

All participants will be entered into a drawing to win a guided/mentored muzzleloader hunt at Lonestar Lakes Park, City of Suffolk, on December 13, 2025; winners must be 18 years old or older. There will be eight winners and two alternates drawn. Winners must use a climber tree stand or hunting saddle the day of the hunt.
