Hunting Mentor Program: Become a Mentor

Are you an experienced, knowledgeable hunter interesting in encouraging new hunters to enjoy a day in the field? Through DWR’s Hunting Mentor Program, hunters can share their knowledge and skills with adults who are new to and interested in hunting.

Mentorship helps equip these new hunters with the tools needed to have an ethical, safe, and successful experience in the field. It also helps support hunting by inviting new hunters into the activity, helping to ensure hunting’s sustainability into the future
